The Utah Energy and Power Innovation Center (U-EPIC) is collaborating with the Utah Innovation Center to host an SBIR 101 Workshop. We will discuss the federal government’s SBIR/STTR programs and the resources our office has available to assist with the application process. There is no charge and it lasts an hour with time for questions during and after the presentation. Slides will be provided after the event.
These federal programs provide over $4 billion in non-dilutive grants and contracts to small businesses working on innovative technology. If you have a technology that you are trying to get off the ground or need additional research and development funding, the SBIR/STTR programs can be an important step to help move your technology forward.
